Redeye Sports publishes statistical models and projections for sporting events, together with the historical performance of those models.
This is a modelling and analytics product. It is not betting advice, not a tip service, and not a prediction of outcomes. Sports betting markets are efficient; model outputs are provided for study and interest. Any wagering decision is yours alone, and you are solely responsible for it and for complying with the gambling laws that apply where you live.
We do not accept wagers, process bets, or partner with any sportsbook.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use this service where you live.
You are responsible for knowing the law where you are. Some countries, states and territories regulate or prohibit sports-betting information services, or gambling-related content generally. We do not target any such jurisdiction, and we make no representation that this service is lawful or appropriate to access from anywhere in particular. If it is not lawful for you to use it where you are, you must not use it.
We may restrict or withdraw access from any jurisdiction at any time, including where we are advised that local law requires it, without that being a breach of these terms. Where a subscription is cancelled for this reason, we will refund the unused portion of the period already paid for.
You can create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
One account per person. Sharing credentials or reselling access is not permitted.
Access is split into two tiers:

We may change what sits in each tier. If a change materially reduces what your existing subscription includes, we will tell you before it takes effect.
We do not offer refunds for subscription payments already made. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access for the remainder of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial months or unused time.
Consumer law in some places, notably the UK and EU, grants cancellation and refund rights that apply regardless of what these terms say. Where that law applies, it wins. This clause is not an attempt to override it.
One exception, in section 10: if we terminate your account without cause while you have paid time remaining, we refund the unused portion.
Some features are metered because they cost us money to run. The Slip Scanner is limited to 2 scans per sport per day. Limits reset at midnight US Eastern time. We may adjust limits, and we may suspend accounts that attempt to circumvent them.

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the models are accurate, that projections will prove correct, or that following them will be profitable. Historical performance is not a prediction of future results. Data feeds may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.
You are responsible for your own wagering decisions. Redeye Sports publishes statistical models and projections. It does not tell you what to bet, does not guarantee any outcome, and has no way of knowing what you choose to do with the information. We are not liable for any money you lose, or fail to win, in connection with betting or any other decision you make using this service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REDEYESPORTS LLC and its officers, members, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the service, whether the claim is brought in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised that such damages were possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50).
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. That includes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and any other liability which applicable law does not permit to be excluded or capped. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so parts of the two paragraphs above may not apply to you.
You agree that these limitations are a fundamental basis of the bargain between us, and that the service would not be provided at this price without them.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. If we terminate your account without cause while you have paid time remaining, we will refund the unused portion.
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.

Redeye Sports is operated by REDEYESPORTS LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of New York, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
