The inventory below was read directly from the database schema and application code, so it describes what the service genuinely collects, not a generic template.
Everything the application stores about you, as of today:

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. The only cookie-equivalent storage is what keeps you signed in.
When you use the Slip Scanner, the screenshot you upload is sent to Anthropic's API so the model can read the plays from it. We do not keep a copy after the scan completes.
A bet slip may show your stake sizes, account balance, or sportsbook. Crop anything you would rather not share before uploading.
Once the image reaches Anthropic it is handled under Anthropic's own terms and privacy policy, which govern how long they retain API traffic and what they do with it. Those terms are theirs to state and can change, so we do not restate them here. See anthropic.com/legal/privacy. What we control, and commit to: we do not store the image, and we do not send it anywhere else.

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it and close your account.
We offer these rights to everyone, wherever you live, not only where a law compels it. You do not need to tell us which jurisdiction you are in or invoke a particular statute. Email redeyeaisports@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live you may also have specific rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or state privacy laws such as the CCPA. Those remain available to you; nothing here narrows them.
Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form. Database access is restricted by row-level security so one account cannot read another's data. Traffic is encrypted in transit.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data we will notify you and any regulator we are required to inform.
This service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a minor has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified before they take effect.
